We’re not going to tell you that seeing Polaris in concert will be a special (and nostalgic) experience because Polaris was the band from The Adventures of Pete & Pete. Although, let’s not ignore that fact. Polaris lived in your television set (that is, if you’re old enough to have actually watched Pete & Pete while it was on the air), opening every episode and producing much of the music, and was one of the key elements that made Pete & Pete such a uniquely iconic 90s Nickelodeon show.
But it’s not just the role that Polaris played in The Adventures of Pete & Pete. The band (originally formed from Miracle Legion) have a wealth of fantastic material to present to the masses, and it was only last year that Polaris played their first live show (and managed to sell it out). And now, they are embarking on their very first tour, including a stop in San Francisco.
The Bay Bridged is proud to present Polaris at The Chapel, taking place on April 24th. Cotillon will be opening the show, who made his San Francisco debut at the Chapel back in December, not long after becoming a San Francisco resident.
We have five (5) pairs of tickets to give away to this show! To enter for a chance to win, email contest@thebaybridged.com with “Polaris” in the subject line and your full name in the body of the email. A winner will be selected at random and notified via email.
