Beach Chalet

San Francisco’s only rock and roll beer festival, The Bay Brewed, is back for a fourth year of pairing outstanding local beer and local music! Taking place at The Chapel on March 29, 2015, this year’s festival offers performances by four great San Francisco Bay Area bands and unlimited tastings from ten San Francisco breweries all day long thanks to the SF Brewers Guild. Between now and the festival, we’ll be previewing each of the participating breweries, giving a bit of history and talking about some of our favorite brews from all of these great San Francisco beer makers.

When Karl the Fog takes a leave of absence from our fair city, revealing the warm California sun, there are few better places to be in the entirety of San Francisco than The Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant out on the Great Highway, drinking their plethora of delicious brews while soaking in the sunshine and enjoying the company of friends and family. You can even move out back to the Park Chalet, and really settle in for an afternoon of indulgence (or, if you’re an East Bay denizen, head over to the Lake Chalet to get in on the action).

Not only is the Beach Chalet’s setting quintessentially San Francisco, so is their beer menu. From the wonderfully hoppy Presidio IPA and California Kind copper ale to their caramelly Riptide Red, their beers always hit the spot. Their roster of ales is brewed entirely at their Ocean Beach-front property, always making it to your frosty mug with minimal disturbance. They take their beer – and your precious taste buds – very, very seriously.

Don’t miss out on the Beach Chalet’s diverse selection of beers, as well as brews from nine other SF-based brewers, at The Bay Brewed on March 29 at the Chapel in San Francisco. Get your tickets here.
