San Francisco’s Mammoth Life produces swelling, dreamy pop sounds, and the video for “Wanna be Loved”, which we’re pleased to share with you for the first time today, is a similarly dreamy combination of public archive footage and head shots of lead singer Kim Mead’s powerful singing. The video is extremely well-crafted – Dallas-based director John Michael deserves major credit for showing us how to make a video the right way.
“Wanna Be Loved” will be featured on the soon-to-be released film Bread and Butter, which will premiere at the Woodstock Film Festival October 18-19. October 14, Mammoth Life will perform with Magicks and Kitten Grenade at Brick & Mortar.
