There are times when it kills me to have to give away tickets to a show instead of using them myself. This is one of those times.
Tomorrow night, local psych pop outfit Li Xi is opening for Emily Wells, the sultry songstress who builds her music entirely out of live loops, channeling equal parts hip hop (she once collaborated with Dan the Automator) and classical (she’s a classical violinist).
