Better news: They premiered “A Bank Robber’s Nursery Rhyme”, the first single off their upcoming record, with Guitar World’s Acoustic Nation earlier this week. Even better news: They’re offering up a free download via their site right now.

A pick-happy yarn about being young and in love, “Bank Robber’s Nursery Rhyme” touches on a lot of the old-time, down-home themes the boys of GN,TX have worn so well in the past. Their next record, Uncle John Farquhar, arrives on August 5. They’ll be embarking on a brief California tour around then to celebrate, including a one-coast hometown celebration at The Chapel.
