Doe Eye record release show 2014

Riding high on the heels of her debut album, T E L E V I S I O N, Maryam Qudus–the woman behind the indie rock project Doe Eye–is celebrating her return from a three week tour with an official record release party tomorrow, May 29. Dropped exactly a month ago, the album was produced by Tiny Telephone founder John Vanderslice and engineered by Jacob Winik, two artists who Qudus has credited with further extracting the pensive melancholy that already pervades her music.

Joining Doe Eye will be the Oakland-based experimental pop outfit DRMS and San Francisco’s own surf rock darlings The She’s, so if you’re craving some pop tunes of various flavors, head to Great American Music hall tomorrow night. (P.S. We have tickets to give away to this show – check out Ticket Giveaway Wednesday!)
