Merrill Garbus, better known to the music-loving world as Tune-Yards, recently announced that Nikki Nack, the follow-up to her 2011 breakthrough album Whokill, would be released May 6 via British label 4AD. Now, the revered Ms. Garbus is playing a free show at The Chapel as part of Converse’s Rubber Tracks series next Monday, April 21, with fellow locals Yalls and The Tambo Rays supporting, and before you could even bat an eye, the show already sold out.
