This Saturday offers a great opportunity to catch some local, live band hip-hop at Brick and Mortar, with both DJ Touré of the Hieroglyphics Crew and Mars Today assembling bands and showcasing on a host of talented guest vocalists. And guess what? We’ve got you covered for tickets.

Oakland’s DJ Touré released his Touré’s Theory LP in 2013, and all his vocalist guests appeared on the album. Mars Today of San Francisco is planning on releasing an EP in 2014, in addition to acting as the musical director for the live band of Oakland’s Los Rakas.
