Pale Blue Dot

Greetings, fellow music nerds. We are receiving an incoming transmission from our favorite space-disco trio Pale Blue Dot, in the form of a digital EP premiere. Voyage was written and recorded by Adam Myatt, Jon Latimer, and Andrew Macy in the realm of Oakland, California, and mastered by Shawn Hatfield at Audible Oddites. Lewis Patzner plays cello on the closing track, “Satellite”.

If you like what you hear, you can purchase the Voyage EP from Bandcamp as a Cassette Tape Transmission or as a digital album, which includes a digital copy of Pale Blue Dot’s music video for the “Voyage” title track, directed by Sean Wells and Charles Choo.

Pale Blue Dot will play an EP release show this Saturday at Naming Gallery in Downtown Oakland, doubling as a closing party for PBD collaborator and visual artist Luke Judd’s month-long residency at the gallery. Space Burn, Glenn Jackson, and DJ Don’t Tell Mom will also perform at the event. Voyage tapes will be available for sale at the show.
