As previously mentioned, Oakland’s own Quinn DeVeaux has put together two new full-length albums (that’s right, TWO). The first, Late Night Drive, is an easygoing solo endeavor, stripped down to just his soulful voice and simple instrumentation. The record is still evocative of DeVeaux’s early R&B influence, but with an added layer of classic folksy twang. The second album, Originals, features the Blue Beat Review (DeVeaux’s band) on a whole new set of upbeat tunes that will make you wish you had your dancing shoes.
Today, we’re proud to premiere these two new records from Quinn DeVeaux, available as a stream until the official release date of December 3rd:

And listen to ‘Late Night Drive’ directly on Soundcloud.
Quinn DeVeaux has two nearby shows between now and the end of the year: a show in Sacramento, and what should be a really unique New Year’s Eve show at Bimbo’s.
