Paper Kites, New Thoreaus, Identical Homes this Saturday at Bottom of the Hill

Australian indie folk outfit Paper Kites just began their first US/Canadian tour on Wednesday in LA. They land at the Bottom of the Hill this Saturday. Oakland provides both openers for the evening! The New Thoreaus bring sweet harmonies, stand-up bass, trumpet, banjo and a cello played horizontally. Identical Homes features Daniel McKenzie of The Rum Diary. They play ambient, electronic songs for trout fishing.
