Warm Soda

On the heels of a European tour, the four guys of Warm Soda are back in the Bay Area and they’ve brought home some treats for us. Last week, the band announced the second pressing of its debut LP, Someone For You, this time offering a white and rainbow-splattered record that looks a lot like the top of an ice-cream cone. If you missed out on the first pressing, snag a copy from Castle Face Records before this one sells out too. It comes with a free limited edition flexi of “Lost for Words,” off of the label’s Son of Flex compilation.

The band is taking a break from recording its second album to grace The Chapel this Saturday, August 31st, ending the two-month Warm Soda drought in San Francisco along with Shannon and the Clams and  Sunny & the Sunsets, and we have tickets for you!

To enter this contest, email contest@thebaybridged.com with “Warm Soda” in the subject line and your full name in the body of the email. A winner will be selected at random and notified via email. One pair of tickets available.

If you’re craving those syrupy sweet pop tunes and can’t wait until the weekend, there’s a ton of live footage from Europe surfacing on the interwebs right now. Check out the video below of the band playing “Someone for You” at the City Sounds Festival in Paris.
