Great American Music Hall is usually a touring-act kind of place: It’s rare for a full night of locals to take over the stage there, even for a night. Which makes what’s happening Saturday night all the more special: San Francisco’s French Cassettes and Rin Tin Tiger and San Jose’s Picture Atlantic, presented by Performer Magazine.
