The Tambo Rays have a busy summer ahead. The Bay Area quartet plans on releasing a steady stream of new singles in the coming months, and we have dibs on the first of those new tracks, “Rest Your Mind In The Sky”. Singer and guitarist Brian DaMert recently told me over email that the song (and those to follow) features a more upbeat and playful take on the band’s sound. “We are all stoked on the new direction/sound, and this track showcases what’s to come from us,” DaMert wrote. “These songs were recorded live to harness the energy of our lifestyle.
