I wandered into a Valleys set at SXSW about halfway through, and proceeded to spend the next fifteen minutes kicking myself for missing the first fifteen. Catchy, noisy, and atmospheric in equal parts, the band can generate an impressive racket for two people, but it’s the strong melodies that had me hooked.

Are You Going To Stand There And Talk Weird All Night? is out now on Kanine Records and the band is coming to Bottom of the Hill on a North American tour in June.
