Hey Bay Area bands, you have until May 20th to apply for free recording time courtesy of Converse Rubber Tracks. The shoe company’s pop-up recording studio concept began in New York, but it’s now heading to Different Fur for a month of free recording time for local bands from May 20th to June 15th. It’s a sweet deal made even sweeter by the catch-free terms: “You will own the music you create, but Converse may ask you for the right to use it.”
