Brooklyn jangle pop band Ski Lodge is supporting Chad Valley on a West Coast tour, and San Francisco DIY rockers The Soonest will join them for a show at Bottom of the Hill on Monday, April 29.

Ski Lodge recently released a new video for their single “Just To Be Like You” (below), which was recorded and produced by Kevin McMahon, and their self titled 12-inch EP was just released on Dovecote Records. The band was formed in 2011 by Andrew Marr, who is joined by Jared O’Connell, John Barinaga, and Tim McCoy. Brooklyn Vegan recently filmed Ski Lodge for its Studio Sessions, revealing a glimpse of the band’s live dynamic.

Oxford pop musician Chad Valley will headline the all ages show. Valley sings over colorful pop beats on his full-length album Young Hunger, which was released in 2012.

San Francisco indie rock quintet The Soonest will kick things off around 9pm. Comprised of members Young Lee (guitars/vocals), Andrew Wales (drums), Alex Stack (bass), Mark Quitevis (guitar), and Jonathan Posadas (guitar), these Bay Area burrito lovers released an EP in June.
