San Francisco pop rockers Guy Fox will release their new EP, In the Wild, this Friday, April 26th, at The Independent. The band will be opening for the Tumbleweed Wanderers, who will be releasing an EP of their own, Worn Down Welcome. Last week, Guy Fox offered up the title track from In the Wild on SoundCloud.

The track (which you can also download on Bandcamp) is relatively tame, boasting an ambitious indie-pop chorus with undertones of African psychedelia. Originally from the Northeast, Guy Fox members Nate “Noodle” Witherbee, Greg Waters, Peter Granquist, and Charlie Moore moved to San Francisco to form the band. Our own Russell Jelinek posted their previous single “San Francisco” back in February.
