The Oakland electronic project Yalls seems to have very few dull moments. Dan Casey has released numerous records out of his apartment studio, while simultaneously actively working on his more indie rock side project, Steezy Ray Vibes.

“Dark Wing” is perfectly indicative of the direction the live Yalls sets have been moving lately — darker, less vocal-driven, with song structures that seem to fold back onto themselves. This track will be on the upcoming Voice EP, which Casey will self-release digitally in the next week.

Yalls plays in LA this weekend at the IHEARTCOMIX & ZOOS Presents party with Giraffage, Groundislava and FUZZ (Team Supreme).
