Like many of the world’s great ideas, Pacific Brewing Laboratory started in a garage, where two friends and fans of homebrewing began exploring unique approaches to beer flavor and technique. With one of the duo coming from a science background, and an avowed commitment to “constant beer experimentation,” calling their brewery a “laboratory” is both clever and totally appropriate.
But, you might be asking yourself, what hath their science wrought? Some delicious looking, hand-crafted beers! So far, the lab’s creations have included a “Hibiscus Saison, Squid Ink Black IPA, Chamomile Ale, Lemongrass IPA, and Szechwan Peppercorn Red ale.”
