King Dude, the dark American folk project of Seattle’s TJ Cowgill, will be performing at Elbo Room in San Francisco on Monday, November 12, in support of his new album Burning Daylight. Supporting King Dude at the show will be Malditos, Emily Jane White, and DJ sets from S4NtA_MU3rTE and DJ Crackwhore.
A new video recently surfaced for the sinister Burning Daylight album cut “I’m Cold.” Watch the creepy Justin Oakley & Amanda Row-directed music video below, via King Dude’s YouTube page.
King Dude started his West Coast tour last week. In addition to his Monday night show at Elbo Room, he will be returning to the Bay Area for two back-to-back performances at The Uptown in Oakland on December 14 and 15.
Burning Daylight, King Dude’s second LP of 2012, is currently available from Dais Records. You can stream the entire album below via Bandcamp, where you can purchase the release digitally for $10.
TJ Cowgill is also the man behind the influential clothing label Actual Pain.
