Treasure Island 2012 starts Saturday at noon! Here’s a quick survey of all of the festival previews that have graced our site recently. We’ll be on the island all weekend long, so be sure to follow us on Twitter for thoughts and pix throughout the day.

Mixtape: 2012 Treasure Island Music Festival Mix (Podcast #288)

For starters, we compiled an hour’s worth of TIMF performers for this podcast mixtape. Additionally, our writers talked with Public Enemy, Dirty Ghosts, The Presets, three bands that will all be performing on Saturday. We’ve also offered some of our “don’t miss” picks for both days of the fest, including Grimes, Matthew Dear, Youth Lagoon, Best Coast, and Divine Fits. Finally, we’ve also blogged recently about a whole bunch of other TIMF performers, including Ty Segall, The Coup, and Divine Fits (again).

As the schedule below shows, both days of TIMF 2012 are packed with nonstop music from noon to night. If you haven’t already, grab your tickets now and we’ll see you there!
