Pop-punk heroes Teenage Bottlerocket are back on the road in support of their 5th studio album Freak Out! which came out earlier this month on Fat Wreck Chords, and will be hitting The Bottom of the Hill tonight, Wednesday July 25.
If you’re not familiar with the Wyoming punksters, all you need to know is that their songs are fast and catchy as hell. They have spent the last decade churning out 4 chord masterpieces and on their latest album they have become exceedingly efficient at it. Song topics include working crappy jobs, girls, and skateboarding. Their new single “Maverick” is a tribute to Top Gun, arguably the most romantic movie ever made. You can listen to it below:
