The 2012 Phono del Sol Music and Food Festival is this Saturday, July 21st. Buy your tickets now and read below to find out everything you’ll need to know about getting to the festival, what not to bring, and other important information for attendees.

Hours and Ticketing

Festival doors will open at 11:30am, with music beginning promptly at noon.

If you purchase a ticket online using the “Print-at-Home” option, you must bring your printed ticket. If you select the “Will Call” option, you must bring a valid ID in order to collect your tickets.

Location/Transportation

The 2012 Phono del Sol Music and Food Festival takes place at San Francisco’s Potrero del Sol Park, with the festival entrance located at 25th Street and Utah Street.

Potrero del Sol is conveniently situated near multiple public transit options. BART riders can walk to Potrero del Sol from the 24th St & Mission St Station, while Muni riders can use the 9, 10, 19, 27, 33, and 48 lines.

A limited amount of first-come, first-served bike parking will be available at the festival entrance at 25th Street and Utah Street. Please take your valuables with you, as we are not responsible for any loss or theft in the bike parking area.

Refund and Re-Entry Policies

There will be no refunds. Also, once you enter the festival, there is no reentry allowed.

Accessibility

There will be an ADA-accessible platform located near the festival stage. The platform has a limited capacity and space is available on a first come, first served basis. ADA-accessible restrooms are available in the restroom area on the festival grounds.

Please Don’t Bring:

• Weapons, fireworks, explosives, chains, or laser pointers
• Alcohol (We’ll have a beer garden on-site – bring your valid ID for admission)
• Illegal substances
• Large or bulky containers, including large or hard-sided coolers, picnic baskets, or large backpacks
• Glass containers

No illegal, unauthorized or unlicensed vending will be permitted.

Food and Drinks

This is a music AND FOOD festival, so a variety of great food and drink options will be available. Come hungry!

ATMs On-Site

There will be ATMs on-site. Additionally, tickets can be purchased at the gates using credit cards.

Medical Needs

We will have nurses and EMTs on site to offer any emergency medical attention required.
