A B & The Sea, The Frail, Will Sprott (The Mumlers), and Trails & Ways are playing a free show at The Uptown in Oakland tonight. A B & The Sea will be performing songs off their new album Constant Vacation, which includes tracks produced by Wallpaper and Modest Mouse’s Jim Fairchild.
The California pop group was formed by long-time friends Koley O’Brien and Joe Spargur in 2009 after they moved here from Wisconsin. Following the release of several successful EPs, A B & The Sea’s debut full-length LP refines the sound of their sunny pop jams. The album includes the singles “In the Sunshine” and “Bone Dry.” Watch the video for “In the Sunshine” below.
