There’s a Phoenix-type vibe going on among the band’s catchy hooks that fits these cloudless days real well. Originally formed in Wisconsin in 2008, founders Koley O’Brien and Joe Spargur packed up and bolted to San Francisco soon after, adding Troy Lawton, Ben Laatsch, and David Hunt to the current line up.
