Surf Club - "Lonely Days"

Back in August 2011, we deemed Craft Spells as “one that got away,” as the band relocated to Seattle with the charms of Idle Labor still fresh on our minds. As Craft Spells developed into the band we know today, one of its original members stayed behind in Stockton – and thus, Frankie Soto joined with new bandmates Eddie Zepeda, Alfonso Robles, and Jose Medina, and Surf Club was born.

“Lonely Days” is the new single from Surf Club’s debut EP, entitled Young Love, which comes out on February 14th (Valentine’s Day). Without a doubt, “Lonely Days” is beyond energetic – an infectious piece of surf pop that feels both classic and undefined.

Surf Club have already played some great local shows (including sets with Sunbeam Rd, White Cloud, Part Time, and Pamela), and are keeping up this pattern by playing Serra Bowl on January 27th with Terry Malts and Permanent Collection.
