At this year’s Rock Make Street Festival, the bands absolutely killed it. Headlining the Deli Radio stage, local veterans Birds & Batteries have been a frequent player on our web site, and we were happy to have them make their first ever Rock Make appearance this year.

On the up-and-coming front, Phantom Kicks also played on the Deli Radio stage, impressing the early crowd with their energetic stage presence. They had a couple extra members, including the lovely voice of talented local musician Debbie Neigher! Neigher helped on a really fun cover of Phantongram’s “When I’m Small” to get people moving in the early afternoon sun.
