We just wanted to extend our thanks to the thousands of you who attended the 2011 Rock Make Street Festival on Saturday afternoon. Your generous support of local music, arts, crafts, food and drink means that we’re sure to be back next year with Rock Make 2012 (and of course we’ll be throwing many fun events in the interim). Enjoy the below photo set, which captures a whole lot of the day’s fun in the sun.
For us, this year’s Rock Make ranks as the best yet, and that’s a testament to the many dedicated hands involved in making it such a success. Rock Make 2011 would not have been possible without our partners Tartufi and Cookie and the Dude, as well as all of the bands — Battlehooch, Birds & Batteries, Bare Wires, Phantom Kicks, James and Evander, Cannons & Clouds, Sean Smith, ChuCha Santamaria Y Usted, Mist Giant, Vons De Qua and the SF Rock Project’s House Band) — and hosts Paco Romane and Joe Gorman.
We’d also like to thank the many amazing vendors for showcasing some insanely awesome stuff, including .retool., 3 Fish Studios, 8mm Ideas, Alternating Currents Thairapy, Ana Apple Designs, Animal Instincts Apparel, Bahia Beads, Ballroom Panic, Beth Knight Studio, Booty Boutique, Bug Under Glass, Celestine SF, Chi Cheng, Chula Art, Coffee n Cream Press, Craftionistas, Dandy Lion Press, Farm Fresh To You, Foothill Fibers N' Photo, Friends of KUSF, Friends of the San Francisco Public Library, Gia's Closet, Gold Dust Studio, Heathered, Invisible Hero Industries, Isobell Jewlery, Jasper Hearts Wren, Jewelmint, LalitasGemmes, Little Paper Monkeys, Lovebian Designs, MAHOOHOO, Mary Weather, Maureen Shields, Mediums to Masses, Melanie Alexandra Photography, Mimosa Studio, Mission Thread Clothing, Nidhi Chanani Illustration, Nous Savons, Ofina, Pretty Fun, quirkfactory, Romey Designs, Schoolhouse Crafts, Sea Pony Couture, Secession Art & Design, Semi-Precious Wire Works, Sephone Designs, Smells & Bells Organics, String Piglet, Tangleweeds, Tessa Kemp Jewelry, The Poetry Store, Turk+Taylor, Where's Romeo?!, Whimsy & Whatnot, Whoop!, Wood Thumb, and Workshop.
