TomKat food truck

At July’s first annual Phono del Sol, we found local bands and food trucks to be a perfect combination, especially for a nice afternoon in a (relatively) sunny outdoor space.

Therefore, for Rock Make 2011, it was decided that food trucks would be added to the festival’s traditional lineup of music and crafts. This Saturday the 17th, be sure to take a break from listening to some great bands, shopping for goodies and having the kids play in the bounce house by visiting any/all of the following local trucks for some delicious nourishment:

  • TomKat: Asian food truck featuring the likes of noodle and rice dishes, as well as unique sides and homemade kimchi.
  • Spencer on the Go: “Mobile bistro” serving up French food, such as roasted beet salad, cauliflower bisque, lamb cheeks sandwich, and chocolate pudding.
  • Gorilla Pete’s Hot Dogs: Classic variety of hot dogs (spicy hot links, chicken, bratwurst, veggie), cooked and dressed to order, as well as chips and drinks.
  • Just added! Kasa Indian Truck: Delicious Indian fare, including kati rolls, rice plates, a Desi chicken Caesar salad, as well as chai, mango lassis and more.
