WATERS – “O Holy Break Of Day”
Following the dissolution of beloved SF rock band Port O’Brien last year, Van Pierszalowski moved to Oslo, Norway, before spending time visiting Alaska, California, and New York. All of that traveling helped inspire him to write a batch of songs for a new project Pierszalowski is calling WATERS.
As you can hear in the songs above, there’s a more decidedly rock and roll vibe to WATERS than Port O’Brien had. WATERS performs at The Independent with Mister Heavenly on August 22nd, and the band’s debut album, Out in the Light, comes out on 9/20 via tbd Records.
