Debbie Neigher‘s self-titled debut album comes courtesy of a team that we’ve come to know well: John Vanderslice at the helm as producer (his first producing gig in a long time), recording at Tiny Telephone, Ian Pellicci as engineer, and Minna Choi/The Magik*Magik Orchestra providing backup.
“Evergreens” is an indulgent treat for the ears, lush and flowing, primarily led by beautiful vocals and piano. Debbie Neigher comes out officially on July 26th, complete with an album release show on the same day at Cafe Du Nord (8:00 pm, $10, 21+, a double release show with Tidelands).
