Royal Baths‘ (“Nikki Don’t”) debut full length comes out on Woodsist later this year. They’ll be at The Knockout on July 29th before touring the country in August with Ty Segall.
Bats In The Belfry (“Summer of Your Dreams”) is an Oakland band led by Kellen Shipley. They’ll be at Grant & Green on August 5th, Rasputin Music in Berkeley on August 8th, and Rasputin SF on August 15th.
Your Wicked Man is the second album from Donovan Quinn & The 13th Month (“Mom’s House”). It’s out next week on Soft Abuse.
The Wrong Words (“What Went Wrong”) have a debut single coming out in the fall on Trouble in Mind Records. They’re playing at the Uptown on August 7th with Hunx and His Punx and Tropical Sleep.
Devotionals (“Chest Like Expansive Wings”), featuring Anton Patzner (Judgment Day) and Tyson Vogel (Two Gallants), recently released their self-titled album on Alive Records. The band’s album release show is August 6th at Bottom of the Hill with Kacey Johansing.
Il Gato‘s (“On Feathers & Arrows
Oakland minimalist composer Grant Hazard (“Marionette”) is a classically trained pianist and member of The Very Hush Hush. His first solo album, Genus Euphony, is out now.
Westwood & Willow (“Ghost Door”) is a local folk-rock duo comprised of brothers Kevin and Sean Sullivan. The band will be at The Grind in Redwood City on July 29th, and at Bottom of the Hill on August 19th.
