New video from Birds & Batteries + 7/11/10 show at Cafe du Nord

Birds & Batteries‘ new videoÂ fuses “Lightning” (from Up to No Good) with a vintage clip by Len Lye circa 1935. The result is spastic and whimsical, matching aptly with the band’s tangy electro.

Birds & Batteries are scheduled to headline at Cafe du Nord on July 11th (8:00 pm, $10/advance, $12/door, 21+), along with the Moanin’ Dove and Grand Hallway (from Seattle).
