The San Francisco Arts Quarterly just released their second issue, and have lined up three excellent bands to help celebrate. Young Prisms, Adam Stephens, and Rumspringa (LA) will play on July 10th at the San Francisco Art Institute for the SFAQ Symposium (7:30 pm, free). A panel discussion led by J.D. Beltran will precede the music, starting at 6:00 pm.
