The Big Time Freedom Fest returns for its fifth year at El Rio this Saturday, July 3rd, presented by Hippies Are Dead. In lieu of the more traditional patriotic party, this particular Freedom Fest celebrates a variety of local and out-of-town bands, the (hopefully) warm holiday weekend and El Rio’s excellent back patio.
This year’s lineup is as follows:
Sands (formerly Dame Satan; with Neil John Thompson from Low Red Land)
Finn Riggins (from Idaho)
Slow Trucks
With Child & Neil John Thompson (opening acoustic sets)
Doors open at 9:00 pm, and the music will start promptly at 9:15. $8 and a 21+ age gets you full freedom access.
