This Sunday, April 25th, Yoshi’s in San Francisco will host Jazz Mafia’s Brass, Bows and Beats, a local hip-hop symphony. The 45-piece collective have found success since their 2009 Bay Area premiere, selling out seven shows and now gearing up for a North American tour in 2010. The above video is a 10-minute clip compiled from footage of last year’s shows.
Jazz Mafia’s Brass, Bows and Beats will play two sets at Yoshi’s on Sunday, and funds raised from the shows will aid in covering costs for the upcoming summer tour. There will be a 3:00 pm kids matinee ($10 for kids, $25 for adults/general admission, $35 for adults/reserved), followed by a 7:00 pm set ($25/advance, $35/door, $75/VIP).
We are giving away a pair of tickets to this show! To enter send an email to contest@thebaybridged.com with your full name, the phrase “I want to see Jazz Mafia!” in the subject line. The FOURTH person to enter will win a pair of tickets to the show.
