The guiding forces behind the San Francisco/New York City music blog Hippies Are Dead have announced their official label subsidiary: Hippies Are Dead Records. And the label’s first release? Grand Lake‘s debut full-length, entitled Blood Sea Dream, which comes out next month.

Blood Sea Dream was put together by the band with a little help from Jason Kick from Maus Haus. The album is the latest release from Grand Lake since their EP debut on 500 Records, in addition to the “Louise” EP and special “Sandusky Sunset” cassingle.

Check out “Louise,” below, and stream the entire album on Grand Lake’s website.
