To all the mopers home in San Francisco wishing they were here in Austin, what really makes us envious is missing the opportunity to see Xiu Xiu Saturday, with co-headlining Tune-Yards and Noveller (Brooklyn) at Bottom of the Hill (10pm, $12).

Nothing but praise continues to circulate since the release of Xiu Xiu’s newest on Kill Rockstars, Dear God, I Hate Myself, and some disturbance has come along with the album (just as many might expect from Jamie Stewart). It almost feels irresponsible to re-post the video above of the album’s title track and first single — it might keep you up at night.
