The dually residing LA/SF electronic musician Aria Jalali, also known by the moniker railcars, has announced the release of an EP of remixes of his track, “Cathedral With No Eyes,” originally from the 12″ of the same name on Stumparumper last year. According to railcars, that release “recount
So far, the remix by Jamie Stewart (Xiu Xiu) has been posted for listening, but the EP will also include renditions by Lucky Dragons, Truman Peyote and more. The EP will be free on Aria’s website, and purchasable on cassette for the “cost of production and postage.”

Jalali also plans to release a tribute to Kate Bush’s 1985 album Hounds of Love, made possible by fundraising on Kickstarter. Currently, Jalali is wrapping up his last dates on a European tour, but has, at this time, no performances scheduled upon his arrival home.
