Chris Garneau (“No More Pirates”) heads out on a West Coast tour in support of his latest album El Radio. Christina Courtin and Emily Jane White join him at Cafe Du Nord on Tuesday, September 15th.
Visitation is the new release from Division Day (“Chalk Lines”), who will be headlining on Friday, September 4th at Cafe Du Nord. Also performing: Bad Veins, LoveLikeFire, and Hanni El Khatib.
SF’s The Hundred Days (“Out of Nowhere”) have a Thursday night residency at The Knockout all this month. This Thursday, September 3rd, they’ll be performing with Picture Atlantic and The Generals.
Sacramento’s Ganglians (“Lost Words”) are touring the country with Wavves this month. They’ll be at the Rickshaw Stop on Sunday, September 6th.
Birdmonster‘s (“Yuma”) new EP Blood Memory comes out on September 22nd. They will be performing at a benefit for the Potrero Hill Public Library on Saturday, September 26th at Bottom of the Hill, alongside A B & The Sea.
Pete Bernhard (“Pray for Rain”) of The Devil Makes Three celebrates the release of his new CD Straight Line at the Rickshaw Stop on Wednesday, September 16th. Leopold & His Fiction and Erin Brazill join him.
New York band Dufus (“Anouk”) head down the coast in support of their new album In Monstrous Attitude. The band’s at Kaleidoscope on Saturday, September 19th, and at Mama Buzz Cafe (with The Blank Tapes) on Sunday, September 20th.
Soulsavers (“You Will Miss Me When I Burn”) head to The Independent on Wednesday, September 9th. Jonneine Zapata and Redghost support.
Cass McCombs (“Dreams Come True Girl”) is touring the West Coast behind his latest album Catacombs. Papercuts will be co-headlining the Great American Music Hall show on Wednesday, September 9th. Girls round out the excellent bill.
Wallpaper. (“Doodoo Face”) celebrates the release of their first full length Doodoo Face at the Rickshaw Stop on Saturday, September 26th. Hottub and a band to be announced will also perform.
HEALTH (“We Are Water”) are about to embark on a national tour to support Get Color, out September 8th. They’re performing with Mi Ami and Pictureplane at Bottom of the Hill on Thursday, September 10th.
San Francisco’s Tarentel (“Everybody Fucks With Somebody”) are one of the many groups performing at the On Land Festival later this month. They’re playing at Cafe Du Nord on Saturday, September 19th with Keith Fullerton Whitman, The Alps and more.
