Dear & Yonder

This weekend the city celebrates Tiffany Campbell and Andria Lessler’s latest film Dear & Yonder, which follows female riders as they conquer some of the most beautiful wet landscapes on earth — including Indonesia, Mexico and sessions out on San Francisco’s prized Ocean Beach. For its release, Dear & Yonder is touring the east and west coasts with plenty of stops in CA.

The local screening will be at sundown Saturday at Potrero del Sol Park (25th and Utah), but is starting off with live music: the downtempo tenebrous rock of Black Bow, Thee Oh Sees loud and proud, and selected candidates from Bay Area Girls Rock Camp. The show will be preceded by an art show benefit the night before at Mollusk Surfshop on 46th & Irving (7pm). More tourdates and information can be found at the film’s website.
