White Rabbits are playing this weekend over at The Independent in support of their acclaimed new album It’s Frightening released last month. Avi Buffalo will be opening the show on Saturday with fellow New Yorkers and tour mates, The Subjects supporting. White Rabbits just released a new video for “Percussion Gun” that was produced by Andrew Droz Palermo which you should definitely check out:

Tuesday, June 23 – Starfucker, Atole, White Cloud @ Bottom of the Hill

Portland’s Starfucker was one of the highlights for us over here at The Bay Bridged at this year’s South by Southwest. After several shows at the Hemlock in the last year, the quartet is now headed to Bottom of the Hill to promote their latest release, Jupiter, released by Badman Recording. Not only does Jupiter offer some great new tracks it is also has one of the better covers of Cindy Lauper’s “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” included:

Opening the show are locals White Cloud with tour mates and fellow PDXers, Atole.
