As we’ve been mentioning, Christian, Emily and I are heading to Austin today for the South by Southwest Music Festival. In addition to being a really fun annual ritual, it’s also where the original idea for The Bay Bridged was birthed so there’s a special significance for us beyond five days of gratuitous overconsumption.

As you’ll notice at the top of the middle column, we’ll be live-blogging over the next five days in addition to posting local and Austin-based stuff on the blog for the rest of the week. Over at The Deli, Anna’s done a bang-up job of highlighting Bay Area parties and showcases, including our Bay Area Takeover party on Thursday, March 19th.
