World Famous in SF has announced the release of a brand new split 7″ featuring three new songs from San Francisco art-punks The Passionistas and a new one and a remix from LA/SF synth-rockers Hard Place. World Famous recently previewed two of the tracks, both of which sound pretty sweet:

The new 7″ comes out 12/9, and both bands are celebrating this Wednesday night at the December edition of WFiSF’s monthly Club Club You’re Dead party at The Stud. The show also features music from Brian Glaze, DJs Primo and Chris Lux, and an over 40 gay man’s beauty contest. 9pm, $7.
