We are so excited to announce that we will be live blogging during both days of the Treasure Island Music Festival this weekend! In an effort to bring you the best coverage of the event, we will tell you which bands are rocking the island when, what the atmosphere is like, and anything notable that happens along the way (complete with crappy cell phone photos, of course).

Though we will certainly make it a point to emphasize the amazing local acts at the festival (such as John Vanderslice, The Dodos, Or, the Whale, The Morning Benders and Port O’Brien), we will set aside our normal Bay Area exclusivity and cover all of the bands. And with fantastic out-of-town acts like Justice, TV on the Radio, Goldfrapp, CSS, Amon Tobin, Vampire Weekend, Okkervil River, and tons more, it will be an exciting mix.
