Wednesday night at Bottom of the Hill will feature a veritable CD release extravaganza for local record label, Tricycle Records. The Union Trade, with their intricate yet full bodied shoe-gaze meet post rock sounds, will be celebrating their new full length, Everyday Including, with One Becomes One Hundred, one of the newest members of the Tricycle family, celebrating the release of their debut album, They do if you know.
For those of you who may or may not have seen The Union Trade in the past, this show promises to be a unique one. Not only will it be the first time they perform their new album, they’ve put together an incredible stage show for the night including performing all of the piano parts live that are heard on the album.
Local favorites, Elephone, will also take the stage that evening to help with the celebrations with Elise from Indie Pop Rocks on SomaFM spinning tracks in between sets. The show starts at 9pm, and is $10.
