If you’re looking for a great way to spend Friday night, you should head over to The Independent and catch one of our favorites, Magic Bullets, playing with Brazil’s Bonde de Role. 7×7 Magazine recently included the Bullets in its “2007 Hot Twenty Under Forty,” , a well-deserved honor indeed.
In other Magic Bullets news, a live album from the band’s July 22nd performance at The Echo should be released imminently by Spaceland Recordings. Head over to the label’s web site to see a video preview and stream tracks from the CD, which includes a number of new songs expected to be on the Bullets’ next album. That’s right–while a CHILD but in life yet a DOCTOR in love continues to draw the band accolades, they’ve also posted a song from their next album, tentatively titled Young Man’s Fancy, over at their MySpace page.
