Tonight, San Francisco noisy-pop group Pidgeon headline at Bottom of the Hill. When we interviewed them last year, we spoke about their album From Gutter With Love, available on Absolutely Kosher Records, as well as the new songs they were working on at the time and what it was like to get music featured on Gilmore Girls. Fellow locals Merch and Little Teeth open the show. Merch is a experimental-pop group featuring amplified cello, while Little Teeth have gained much acclaim for their distinct blend of punk and folk and recently posted a live video clip on MySpace. Both groups are gearing up for album releases later this year.

Tonight’s show starts at 9pm, is $8 and is all ages.
