Haçeteria is celebrating its third anniversary this Friday at Balançoire with an international lineup of artists and DJs from Not Not Fun and 100% Silk. Sapphire Slows will headline with a live personal appearance, plus 100% Silk DJs sets from Magic Touch and the Bay Area's own Bobby Browser and Roche. Tokyo-based singer/producer Sapphire Slows will release her new album Allegoria on November 5 via Not Not Fun. "Rules" is the latest track off that album, and you can sample it below.
